Include browser and version, operating system, graphics card if you know it, and the file format and length. Do not send the recording; we cannot process it for you and do not want to hold it.

Ran it on a browser or device marked untested on the browser support page? Browser version, operating system, graphics card and whether it worked lets us replace a guess with a result.
Corrections
Found a mistake? Send the page and the problem. The editorial policy says how corrections are handled.
Privacy requests
